How It Works
From registration to cash in hand — here's exactly what happens at every step, for both collections and fresh oil orders.
Used Oil Collection

Register
Create an account with your company details. New accounts are reviewed and approved by our team, usually within a business day — this keeps our customer base to genuine restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses.
What you'll need: company name, contact details, and a delivery/collection address.

Submit Your Oil
From your portal, tell us how much used oil you have and when suits you — a standing weekly collection if your volume is steady, or a custom date range if it isn't. Enter your bucket size and count; we calculate total litres automatically.
You can optionally state a price expectation — this speeds up the next step.

We Confirm & Collect
Our team reviews your submission and calls to agree a final price per litre based on volume and current market rates. Once confirmed, we assign a collection date and, where relevant, a specific team member who'll handle your pickup — you'll see who on your portal.
Collection is in sealed, spill-proof containers — no mess left behind in your kitchen.

You Get Paid
Payment is cash, on the spot, at collection. A formal invoice is generated automatically and available for download from your portal the moment the order is confirmed — useful for your own bookkeeping.
Need the invoice again later? It's always in Invoices → Collection Invoices.
Ordering Fresh Oil
Browse the shop
See live stock and pricing for sunflower and palm oil, sold by the bucket. Availability updates in real time, so what you see is what we actually have.
Place your order
Choose your quantity — the total litres and price calculate automatically before you confirm.
We confirm & arrange delivery
Once confirmed, an invoice is generated immediately and stock is reserved for you. We'll be in touch to arrange delivery or collection timing.
Delivered
Your order is marked delivered once it's in your hands, and the invoice stays in your portal for your records.
Common Questions
Is there a minimum amount of oil I need to have?
Yes — collections must fall between a minimum and maximum total litres, shown on the order form. This is to keep collection routes efficient. If you're below the minimum, consider a Custom Term collection so oil accumulates over a longer period.
How is the price per litre decided?
Price depends on current market rates for used cooking oil and your volume. We agree a final price with you by phone before confirming the collection date — you'll always know the price before we collect.
What if I have multiple branches?
Each branch can register its own account, or one account can manage multiple collection addresses — get in touch and we'll set this up for your business.
What happens to the oil after collection?
It's processed into biodiesel — it never re-enters the food chain and is never resold as cooking oil.
